R. Nathaniel Dett
Song Research Project
(CASP) is proud to announce a groundbreaking research and publication initiative dedicated to the solo vocal works of R. Nathaniel Dett (1882–1943). This multi-phase project will identify, examine, and prepare new editions of Dett’s works for solo voice and piano.
JUNO Nomination for Known to Dreamers
CASP’s album Known to Dreamers: Black Voices in Canadian Art Song has been nominated for a 2025 JUNO Award in the category of Classical Album of the Year (Small Ensemble)! This is the second JUNO nomination for a Canadian Art Song Project album.
